PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new technology, which enables to eliminate a problem of environment conservation caused by seed husks and plant bodies of a rice family plant, highly utilized as grains, and to utilize them as recycle-type resources. SOLUTION: An artificial zeolite is synthesized in either of following two ways. One way is that seed husks or plant bodies of a rice family plant, after adding alkaline solution, are heated to get a silicic acid containing effluent. Then, the effluent is spray-dried and mixed with aluminum enriching agent in a desired amount, adds alkaline water medium, and reacts by being heated or pressured in a reaction container. Another way is that incinerated ash of seed husks or plant bodies of the rice family plant is mixed with aluminum enriching agent in a desired amount, adds the alkaline water medium, and reacts by being heated or pressured in a reaction vessel.
