The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing micronized fenofibrate, a surfactant and a binding cellulose derivative as a solubilization adjuvant, said composition containing an amount of fenofibrate greater than or equal to 60 percent by weight based on the pharmaceutical composition total weight. Disclosed is also a process for preparing the above-described pharmaceutical composition, said preparation process comprising preparation of granules by applying a coating onto neutral microgranules by spraying an aqueous suspension containing a surfactant, a dissolving cellulose derivative as a binding agent and micronized fenofibrate in the form of a suspension, or the granules can be obtained by wet granulating a powder characterized in that components including particularly micronized fenofibrate, a surfactant and a binding cellulose derivative are first subjected to wet granulation process using a moistening aqueous solution, and then dried and sorted.Det er beskrevet foreliggende oppfinnelse som inneholder en farmasøytisk sammensetning som inneholder mikronisert fenofibrat, en surfaktant og et bindingscellulosederivat, og som solubiliseringsadjuvant, fortrinnsvis hydroksypropylmetylcellulose.
