An apparatus for the provision of sound and low-frequency vibration is disclosed. The apparatus includes at least one audio speaker and at least one vibration-producing unit, with the audio speaker and the vibration-producing unit being spaced from each other. In this way the vibration-producing unit can be located beneath a pillow or cushion, and the audio speaker can be outside the pillow or cushion. The apparatus may be used in a therapeutic setting for the treatment of insomnia, or in an entertainment setting such as a portable soundbar including a tactile subwoofer.La présente invention concerne un appareil permettant de produire du son et des vibrations basse fréquence.
