To provide a heat insulation sheet on which a sterilizing and deodorizing action is performed surely and uniformly on the whole surface.SOLUTION: The heat insulation sheet of the present invention comprises: a sheet-like substrate 1 comprising a fibrous material such as woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, felt, Japanese paper, or the like; a heat insulating layer 2 coated or impregnated on at least one surface of the substrate 1, comprising a heat insulating coating containing glassy hollow beads 2a having a fine particle size and titanium dioxide which reflects light; and a sheet-like cover body 4 comprising a fibrous material having light transmissivity and air permeability, which is adhered to a surface of the heat insulating layer 2 with a sheet-like hot melt adhesive 3. The surfaces of the cover body 4 and the heat insulating layer 2 are each formed in a flat surface and are adhered to each other.
