The present invention relates to a shampoo composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth and, more specifically, to a composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth in which extracts of Viscum album and Chamaecyparis obtuse are added to a natural surfactant. The shampoo composition of the present invention is prepared by: a step of producing vacuum extracts of Viscum album and Chamaecyparis obtuse； a step of preparing the composition of the present invention by adding Viscum album micro capsules and beta-glucan to the vacuum extracts； a step of investigating gluten content in the extracts； a step of carrying out hair growth promoting test by using a mouse: a step of measuring antioxidant capacity through rust prevention test and DPPH method； and a step of carrying out bean germination experiment and fresh ginseng sprout experiment, and observing changes for evaluation, thereby providing a shampoo composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth without side effects by using natural extracts, and presenting improved antioxidant capacity and scalp immune system without chemical compositions harmful to a human body and gluten which can cause allergy.본 발명은 탈모 예방 및 발모 촉진용 샴푸조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 천연 계명활성제에 한국산 겨우살이 추출물, 편백나무 추출물을 첨가한 탈모예방 및 발모촉진용 조성물에 관한 것이며 겨우살이 및 편백나무 진공추출물을 제조하는 단계와； 상기 진공추출물에 겨우살이 미세캡슐 및 베타 글루칸을 더 첨가하여 본 발명 조성물을 제조하는 단계와； 상기 추출물 내 글루텐 함량을 조사하는 단계와； 마우스를 이용하여 발모촉진 실험하는 단계와； 녹 방지 실험 및 DPPH법으로 항산화능력을 측정하는 단계와； 콩 발아실험 및 수삼 새싹 실험을 진행하고 변화를 관찰하여 평가하는 단계를 통하여 달성했으며 천연식물 추출물을 이용하여 부작용이 없는 탈모 예방 및 발모 촉진용 조성물을 제공하는 효과를 제공하며 인체에 유해한 화학적 조성물과 알레르기를 일으킬 수 있는 글루텐을 포함하지 않고 항산화능력과 두피면역이 증강되는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
