PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a composition for relieving eczema is provided to enable the composition to permeate and to supply phytoncide nutrients into the skin. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composition for relieving atopic dermatitis and eczema comprises: a step of separately soaking Pinus koraiensis S. et Z. and Chamaecyparis obtuse and drying； a step of pulverizing the Pinus koraiensis S. et Z. and Chamaecyparis obtuse by multifunctional chopper in a size of 8-10mm and pulverizing again in a size of 3-4 mm； a step of pressing the pulverized Pinus koraiensis S. et Z. and Chamaecyparis obtuse by a fluid presser and separating a liquid phase； a step of placing the liquid phase for 24 hours and separating into supernatant and precipitated slurry； a step of filtering the slurry and collecting supernatant； a step of soaking green tea in the water and pulverizing； a step of fermenting the liquid ingredient in a reactor of an earthware material which is air-permeable and liquid-nonpermeable at room temperature for 5-6 days and filtering to collect green tea extract； a step of mixing 40-50 parts by weight of Chinese chive, 30-40 parts by weight of pine needles, and 10-20 parts by weight of green tea leaves； a step of fermenting the mixture at room temperature for 5-6 days and filtering； and a step of maturing the mixture at 13-15 Deg. C. for 36 hours.본 발명은 천연 재료로서 잣나무/편백나무 추출물 및 녹차잎을 이용한, 아토피로 인한 건성 피부에 적합한 습진 완화 조성물의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는, 잣나무/편백나무 추출물 및 녹차 추출물의 복합 추출물을 피부의 세포 간격보다 작은 입자로 분쇄하여 조성물을 제조함으로써 조성물이 피부의 진피층까지 깊숙이 스며들어, 피부 안에 피톤치트 등의 영양 성분을 그대로 공급할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 조성물에는 잣나무, 편백나무, 녹차잎의 유효 성분들이 다량 함유되어 있어 세균과 곰팡이로부터 피부를 보호할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 항산화 및 자극 완화 효과도 얻을 수 있다.
