PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a minute hollow projection tool which can accurately manufacture a shape of the minute hollow projection tool with an aperture, and efficiently manufacture the minute hollow projection tool capable of stably supplying medicine through the aperture that is hardly crushed when puncturing the skin.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a minute hollow projection tool 1 with an aperture 3h comprises a projection formation process in which a convex part 11 including heating means is contacted with one surface 2D side of a base material sheet 2A, the contacted portion TP of the base material sheet 2A is softened by heat, and the convex part 11 is stuck toward the other face 2U side of the base material sheet 2A so as to form a minute hollow projection part 3 projecting from the other face 2U side of the base material sheet 2A.
