The invention relates to a rinse-off foaming cleansing cosmetic composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium: -a surfactant system in an active material content of greater than or equal to 3% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, -at least one suspension agent, -at least one cosmetic additive in the form of particles, fibres or mixtures thereof, -at least one water-insoluble film-forming polymer in the form of particles, of the type such as a copolymer comprising at least one monomer unit of acrylate type, the said polymer particles having a number-average primary size of greater than 00 nm.
