An evaporation processing board(22) is installed in the upper part of the pipe space. An evaporation processing sea inlet(21) is installed on one side of the upper part of the front evaporation processing cover. A solar energy collector(35) is positioned inside the solar energy collector cover, whereby the solar collectors are made from a board. The hot water circulating pipe is installed in the lower part of the solar energy collector. A cold water inlet(37) is installed on the side inclusive of the solar energy collector cover.
