PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency treatment device which improves stability of behavior of a treatment part while securing operability of suction operation, sending operation of liquids, or the like through a forceps hole for increasing a degree of accuracy of a technique in the high frequency treatment device used by being inserted in the forceps hole of an endoscope.SOLUTION: A high frequency treatment device is equipped with a sheath part 30, and is used by being inserted in a forceps hole of an endoscope. A projection part 36 (a projection part 36a, a projection part 36b, a projection part 36c) is provided partially in a circumferential direction on an outer peripheral surface of the sheath part 30.
