PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency treatment instrument which hardly causes tissue adhesion at the time of tissue cauterization.SOLUTION: A high frequency treatment instrument includes an insertion part which is inserted into a body cavity, an operation wire which is inserted into the insertion part so as to be movable forward and backward, a treatment part which is arranged at a tip of the operation wire and treats a biological tissue by application of a high frequency current, and an operation part which is attached to a base end of the insertion part and operates the treatment part.
