PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency treatment implement in which overload on a slide is prevented.SOLUTION: The high frequency treatment implement includes: a flexible tube to be inserted in a body cavity a conductive operation wire freely retractably inserted in the flexible tube a treating part which is placed at a distal end part of the treating wire and treats an affected part by applying high frequency current to the treating part and an operation part which is attached to the proximal end part of the flexible tube and operates the treating part. The treating part has a slider part for operating the treating wire freely retractably and the treating wire is freely disengageably engaged with the slider part.
