A plurality of custodians associated with electronic discovery are identified, as well as a plurality of respective assets that have been maintained by the custodians. Event information representing metrics, including physical specifications of each of the respective assets and third party reviewer forensic activity, is received. For each of the assets, the processor determines a time and/or cost completion estimation associated with the forensic activity. Furthermore, the processor receives a request associated with the electronic discovery. In response, the processor prepares the electronic discovery information that includes the time and/or cost completion determination for at least one of the collected assets.
