The mode selecting unit selects one of a 2D image photographing mode and a 3D image photographing mode. Disclosed is a real-time x-ray viewing device capable of determining an angle for the subject of the first x-ray irradiating device and the second x-ray irradiating device based on one of the 2D image photographing mode and the 3D image photographing mode selected by the mode selecting unit; and providing information for the detected first x-rays and the detected second x-rays to a predetermined image processing unit in order to perform image processing for the first x-rays and the second x-rays detected by the detecting device.
