PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the undesirable mixing of a medical fluid or the inaccurate injection of the medical fluid without using a brake.SOLUTION: The medical fluid injection device 100 includes a plurality of piston driving mechanisms 130 independently driven in order to advance the pistons of a plurality of syringe assemblies and a control part 161 for controlling the operation of the piston driving mechanisms 130. The piston driving mechanisms 130 have piston holding mechanisms for pressing the pistons in an advance direction by the driving of drive motors 134 and rotation detectors 135 for detecting the rotation of the drive motors 134.
