PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake system for a fishing reel.SOLUTION: The brake system includes a spool cover 90 formed between a spool 20 a left cover 80, and formed with a cylindrical inner wall 91, a first brake collar 92 or a magnetic brake 200 on a surface of the inner wall 91, a circular protrusion 93 on a central portion, and a second brake collar 94 on the circular protrusion 93.
