PURPOSE: A self-operating baler for front and back four-wheel driving is provided to complete all tasks at once and to drastically reduce existing processes. CONSTITUTION: A self-operating baler for front and back four-wheel driving comprises a seed fracturing transfer device(200) in which a guide tow-bar, a lead-in guide roller, which is rotated in both sides of the guide tow bar, and a circular multi-stage blades rotation device are installed inside the lead-in guide roller； a tractor(100) which is installed in the rear side of the seed fracturing transfer device； a roll veil molding device(400) which is installed on the back side of the tractor； a roll forming unit installed on the back side of the roll veil molding device； a roll veil feeder(500) which is included in the front top of the roll forming unit； and a roll film cutting device which is installed in the other lower end of the roll forming unit.본 발명은 농업용 조사료 용도의 작물 재배후에 불필요한 작물가지등을 신속하게 제거하여 축산사료 및 거름등으로 재사용할 수 있도록 수거,파쇄,포장,배출할 수 있는 일체형 자주식 베일러에 관한 것이다. 조사료용 작물줄기를 주행중에 인입시켜 파쇄시킨 다음 별도의 보관함에 이송시키는 작물 파쇄 이송장치(200)； 상기 작물 파쇄 이송장치(200)후측에는 전, 후륜 4륜 구동 바퀴(107)170-1)가 구성되고, 그 후륜 바퀴(107-1)는 좌·우 조절용 조향장치(108)가 설치되며, 엔진동력만으로 각 장치에 필요로하는 필요 동력을 선택적으로 전달 및 차단할 수 있는 예인트랙터(100)； 상기 예인트랙터(100)일 측에는 작물 파쇄 이송장치(200)로부터 공급된 파쇄물(A)을 일정하게 공급시켜 원형 형태의 롤베일(B)을 제작할 수 있는 롤베일 성형장치(400)； 상기 롤베일 성형장치(400)의 상단 일측에 파쇄물(A)공급시 롤베일 성형장치(400)내부에 파쇄물(A)이 공급됨을 탐지하여 롤필름(P)을 자동으로 공급/차단할 수 있도록 필름을 절단해주는 롤베일 공급장치(500)을 일체로 구성시켜 완성되는 것을 특징으로 한다
