PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant transplantation device capable of enhancing a degree of freedom of an interval between hole parts of a panel on which a nursery bed is transplanted for coping with various seedlings, improving a working efficiency and suppressing increase of a burden applied to an operator.SOLUTION: A nursery bed support member and a panel support member 150 are configured so that, in a state in which a nursery bed which is held to a first nursery bed holding member 110a and an open hole part of a first panel 120a are overlapped, a nursery bed which is held to a second nursery bed holding member 110b and an open hole part of a second panel, respectively corresponding to the nursery bed and the open hole part, are overlapped.
