PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly bed-wheelchair transfer assist device having a simple structure and capable of assisting a caregivers assistance when a care-receiver transfers between a bed and a wheelchair.SOLUTION: A bed-wheelchair transfer assist device includes: a first support body 10 to be inserted into a mounting hole 223 of a mounting member 220 that is attached to a frame 230 of a bed 200 a head part 20 that includes a first tubular body 21 embedded to face downward and in which the first support body 10 is rotationally inserted, and a second support body 22 attached at a position deviated from the first support body 10, in a direction orthogonal to a shaft of the first support body 10 a slide plate 30 that is attached to the second support body 22, and is bridged across a mat 210 of the bed 200 and a seat surface 310 of a wheel chair 300 and a regulation mechanism 80 that regulates rotational turning of a bed 200-side edge of the slide plate 30, in a direction of separating from a position on the bed 200.
