Above all, by forming irregular patterns, high quality cosmetic treatment is possible regardless of skin area or various conditions of dead skin cells on the foot. According to the present invention, the device for foot exfoliation care having irregular patterns is produced via a process of forming fine patterns on the substrate after undergoing common exposure, development, and etching steps.
