PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce ununiformity of interference patterns in an x-ray imaging apparatus using an x-ray source for emitting a plurality of x-ray beams.SOLUTION: The x-ray imaging apparatus includes: an x-ray source having an electron source and a target a diffraction grating for diffracting x-rays from the x-ray source and a detector for detecting x-rays from a screen grid. The target in the x-ray source has a plurality of projections and each of the plurality of projections has an emitting surface. When an electron beam from the electron source is made incident, the emitting surfaces emit x-rays to the diffraction grating. The x-rays emitted from the emitting surfaces are diffracted by the diffraction grating to form interference patterns. The plurality of projections of the target are arrayed so that bright parts and dark parts of the plurality of interference patterns are mutually overlapped and distances between respective emitting surfaces and the diffraction grating are mutually equal.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 複数のX線ビームを出射させるX線源を用いたX線撮像装置であって、干渉パターンの不均一さを軽減することを目的とする。【解決手段】 X線撮像装置は、電子源とターゲットとを有するX線源と、X線源からのX線を回折する回折格子と、遮蔽格子からのX線を検出する検出器と、を備える。X線源のターゲットは複数の凸部を有し、複数の凸部の各々は出射面を有する。出射面は、電子源からの電子線が入射することにより、回折格子へ向かうX線を出射する。出射面から出射されたX線は、回折格子で回折されることにより、干渉パターンを形成する。ターゲットの複数の凸部は、複数の干渉パターンの明部同士及び暗部同士が互いに重なるように配列されていて、複数の出射面の各々と回折格子との距離が互いに等しいことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
