The present invention is in the field of ice cream shaping, in particular it is relating to a heated tool to imprint a pattern on a frozen confectionery product, and especially a heated tool that melts away a channel of an outer coating layer of a frozen confectionery, thereby creating a peelable frozen confectionery product. It is an object of the present invention to provide a shaping tool that is suitable for making cleaner grooves in frozen confectionery products. We have found that a shaping tool that comprises of at least one heated element provides a molten channel in the outer surface of a frozen confection.La présente invention se rapporte au domaine du façonnage des crèmes glacées, en particulier elle concerne un ustensile chauffé servant à appliquer un motif à un produit de confiserie congelé, et plus précisément un ustensile chauffé permettant de réaliser un sillon, formé par fusion, dans la couche d'enrobage extérieure de la confiserie congelée, ceci créant un produit de confiserie congelé pelable. Un objet de la présente invention est de concevoir un ustensile de façonnage permettant de réaliser des sillons plus nets dans des produits de confiserie congelés. On a découvert qu'un ustensile de façonnage qui est constitué d'au moins un élément chauffé permet de réaliser un sillon, formé par fusion, dans la surface extérieure d'une confiserie congelée.
