PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-alcoholic beverage imparted with alcohol-like taste, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The non-alcoholic beverage imparted with alcohol-like taste includes an aliphatic alcohol having a carbon number of 4 or 5 and an astringent taste-imparting substance. The concentration of the aliphatic alcohol having a carbon number of 4 or 5 in the beverage is 1 to 100 mg/l. The manufacturing method of a non-alcoholic beverage imparted with alcohol-like taste includes adjusting the concentration of an aliphatic alcohol having a carbon number of 4 or 5 in the beverage containing an astringent taste-imparting substance to 1 to 100 mg/l. The astringent taste-imparting substance may include an acid taste-imparting substance such as tartaric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, and phosphoric acid, with a concentration in the beverage of 20 to 800 mg/l. Alternatively, the astringent taste-imparting substance may include a bitter taste-imparting substance such as quassin, naringin, iso-&alpha acid, and caffeine, with a concentration in the beverage of 0.05 to 5 mg/l.
