PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-alcoholic beverage having an alcohol feeling and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The non-alcoholic beverage has the alcohol feeling containing a sourness imparting substance and a bitterness imparting substance, wherein the concentration of the sourness imparting substance in the beverage is 100-5,000 ppm and the concentration of the bitterness imparting substance in the beverage is 0.1-3.5 ppm.
