PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-alcoholic beverage to which alcoholic feeling is given, and a method for production of the same.SOLUTION: In the non-alcoholic beverage, capsaicins and a 3-5C aliphatic monohydric alcohol are contained, and the alcoholic feeling is given. In the beverage and the production method of the same, the capsaicins concentration in the beverage is 0.002-0.056 ppm, and the 3-5C aliphatic monohydric alcohol concentration in the beverage is 12.5-400 ppm.
