PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inhibition of imaging of a soft tissue due to an unwrapping error.SOLUTION: An X-ray image detector generates image data by detecting an X-ray which is emitted from an X-ray source and passes first and second gratings. A phase differential image generation section generates a phase differential image on the basis of the image data. An OK/NG region detection section detects an NG region in which an unwrapping error is easily generated and detects other regions as an OK region in the phase differential image. An unwrapping processing section sets a group of starting points P0-P6 along a penetration line which passes through only the OK region and penetrates the phase differential image in one direction, and performs unwrapping processing along straight line routes R0-R6 orthogonal to the arrangement direction of the group of starting points P0-P6, unwrapping processing between the adjacent starting points of the group of starting points P0-P6, and unwrapping processing along wraparound routes WR0, WR1 covering pixels in the OK region remaining behind the NG region when viewed from the group of starting points P0-P6.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】アンラップエラーによる軟部組織の画像化の阻害を防止する。【解決手段】Ｘ線画像検出器は、Ｘ線源から放射され第１及び第２の格子を通過したＸ線を検出して画像データを生成する。位相微分画像生成部は、画像データに基づいて位相微分画像を生成する。ＯＫ／ＮＧ領域検出部は、位相微分画像においてアンラップエラーが生じやすいＮＧ領域を検出するとともに、それ以外の領域をＯＫ領域として検出する。アンラップ処理部は、ＯＫ領域のみを通り位相微分画像を一方向に貫通する貫通ラインに沿って起点群Ｐ０～Ｐ６を設定し、各起点群Ｐ０～Ｐ６の配列方向に直交する直線経路Ｒ０～Ｒ６に沿ったアンラップ処理と、起点群Ｐ０～Ｐ６の隣接する起点間のアンラップ処理と、起点群Ｐ０～Ｐ６から見てＮＧ領域の背後に残存するＯＫ領域内の画素を網羅する回り込み経路ＷＲ０、ＷＲ１に沿ったアンラップ処理とを行う。【選択図】図７
