PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor and radiation therapy equipment capable of clarifying the relationship between a range for estimating ITV and a respiratory condition.SOLUTION: A medical image processor includes an extraction part, a generation part and a display control part. The extraction part extracts an interest region and an organ which is a treatment object from each of a plurality of three-dimensional medical image data collected temporally. The generation part generates a movable range image in which each of interest regions of a plurality of specified phases among each of the interest regions of the plurality of three-dimensional medical image data extracted by the extraction part is characterized so that the phase can be distinguished, and disposed at an extracted position on a three-dimensional coordinate. The display control part causes a display part to display a display image in which the movable range image during a treatment is overlaid so that the coordinates correspond on an image indicating an organ which is the treatment object for the phase during the treatment.【課題】ＩＴＶを推定するための範囲と呼吸状態との関係を明確にすることを可能にする医用画像処理装置及び放射線治療装置を提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態の医用画像処理装置は、抽出部と、生成部と、表示制御部とを備える。抽出部は、経時的に収集された複数の３次元医用画像データそれぞれから関心部位及び治療対象となる臓器をそれぞれ抽出する。生成部は、抽出部によって抽出された複数の３次元医用画像データそれぞれの関心部位のうち、指定された複数の位相の関心部位それぞれを、位相を識別可能に特徴付けて、３次元座標上の抽出された位置に配置した可動範囲画像を生成する。表示制御部は、治療時の位相に対する治療対象となる臓器を示す画像上に治療時の可動範囲画像を座標が対応するように重畳させた表示画像を表示部にて表示させる。【選択図】図１
