PURPOSE: A feed composition for poultry harmless to the human body is provided to reduce the mortality rate of chicken, and to produce safe eggs from the chicken. CONSTITUTION: A feed composition for poultry contains 0.00001-2ppm of selenium having the particle size of 50-200nm, and 0.00001-2ppm of 5-aminolevulinic acid as active ingredients. The selenium is diluted into the water before being mixed with the composition. The feed composition is capable of improving the auto-immunity.본 발명은 양계 사육용 사료 조성물에 있어서, 입자의 크기가 50~200nm인 셀레늄 및 5-아미노레불리닉 엑시드(5-aminolevulinic acid)를 유효성분으로 하는 양계 사육용 사료 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 양계 사육용 사료 조성물은 종래 일반 배합사료를 육계에 급여할 때에 비하여 증체율이 향상되고, 폐사율이 감소할 뿐 아니라, 자가 면역력 향상을 통하여 항생제 사용을 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다. 따라서 안전한 육계 및 계란을 생산할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 육질의 고급화에도 효과가 있어서, 양계 사육농가의 수입증가에 일조할 수 있다.
