L'invention concerne également des procédés pour la production de ces composés, des médicaments contenant ces composés et l'utilisation de ces composés pour produire des médicaments. Les médicaments selon l'invention conviennent notamment pour la régulation du récepteur vanilloïde 1 (VR1/TRPV1), de préférence pour l'inhibition du récepteur vanilloïde 1 (VR1/TRPV1) et/ou pour la stimulation du récepteur vanilloïde 1 (VR1/TRPV1).
