The core thread can be configured by bundling a plurality of polypropylene filaments, and the coating fiber can be produced from polyethylene terephthalate. This surgical small pad is characterized by being provided with a water-absorbing pad main body formed by stacking a plurality of nonwoven fabrics, and in that the thread is welded onto the pad main body.
