The present invention relates to an inorganic nonwoven fabric manufacturing apparatus and an inorganic nonwoven fabric manufacturing method using the apparatus. More specifically, the present invention forms a plurality of forming machines (300) forming a nonwoven sheet in an existing nonwoven fabric manufacturing apparatus which comprises: an opening machine (100) which supplies blended yarn (30) by pulverizing and mixing waste fibers； a carding machine (200) which supplies the blended yarn (30) to a forming machine (300) by stretching the blended yarn (30) thinly at a predetermined width； the forming machine (300) which forms a nonwoven sheet by stacking the blended yarn (30) supplied from the carding machine (200)； a conveyer (400) which transfers the nonwoven sheet； a punching machine (500) which punches the nonwoven sheet； and a winding unit (600) which forms one nonwoven fabric by winding the nonwoven sheet.
