PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural work machine attached to the rear side of a traveling body, safely performing work without damaging the work machine even if the load applied on a tilling member is abruptly increased due to an obstacle or the like in work.SOLUTION: The tilling member 13 of the agricultural work machine can rotate and move relatively to a main frame part, an elastic damping member 1 is placed between the main frame part and the tilling member 13 in a manner to apply contracting force when the tiling member 13 is moved in the direction separating from the object of work by the rotating movement.
