PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array type ultrasonic probe for transmitting ultrasonic waves of a predetermined frequency band and receiving reflection waves of a low band out of the predetermined frequency band, and an ultrasonic inspection device using the array type ultrasonic probe.SOLUTION: In an array type piezoelectric sensor 30 provided to an array type ultrasonic probe, signal electrodes 45a are formed on one surface of thin polymer piezoelectric film 43, signal electrodes 45c are formed on one surface of thick polymer piezoelectric film 43, a ground electrode 42 is formed on the other surface of the polymer piezoelectric film 43, and the signal electrodes 45a and the signal electrodes 45c are alternately arranged.
