A prepd. sauce for use with meat, fish and vegetable dishes comprising, per 570 g of the sauce, 250 g sour cream, 20-24 g strong mustard, 20-24 g chopped parsley, 14-16 g lemon juice, 0.5 g garlic, pref. crushed, up to 0.5 g sweet paprika, 1 g salt, 1 g ground pepper, pref. black, and the remainder fresh cream. USE/ADVANTAGE - The sauce can be used with meat, fish or vegetable dishes without masking their flavour, whilst bringing out the flavour of the food itself. The sauce will keep for several weeks without incorporating additional preservatives
