PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an after-processing method for harvested avocados, the method improving yield in avocado afterripening processing.SOLUTION: An after-processing method for harvested avocados comprises: harvesting, cleaning, and selecting avocados grown to a predetermined size at a farm； transporting the selected avocados from the farm to a processing plant； subjecting the transported avocados to afterripening； and supplying the avocados to consumers.
