Disclosed is a radio frequency processing device for addressing a technical problem in which a large time delay between a baseband processing device and a radio frequency processing device causes a poor system performance. The device comprises: a storage for storing a set of code; and a processor for controlling the radio frequency processing device to process a baseband signal or a radio frequency signal when some or all of the set of code is executed, wherein the process includes modulating the baseband signal or demodulating the radio frequency signal, and processing MAC PDU or processing MAC PDU and RLC PDU. Also disclosed is a corresponding processing method.
