The present invention provides a dental prosthesis manufacturing method comprising the steps of: inserting a fixing block into a container that can be positioned on a milling lathe； insertively positioning, in the fixing block, a tooth fixing member to which an artificial tooth is coupled at one side thereof； injecting a first material into one side of the tooth fixing member and firstly molding same； removing the tooth fixing member from the first material to which the artificial tooth is coupled and molded at the other side thereof； injecting a second material into the other side of the tooth fixing member and secondly molding same； removing the first material； selecting at least one existing model group pre-set and grouped according to the measured oral state of a patient； milling the second material being molded in at least one of the model groups； and milling the occlusal surface of the model according to the oral structure of the patient.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de prothèse dentaire comprenant les étapes consistant à : insérer un bloc de fixation dans un récipient qui peut être positionné sur un tour de fraisage ； positionner par insertion, dans le bloc de fixation, un élément de fixation de dent auquel une dent artificielle est accouplée sur un côté correspondant ； injecter un premier matériau dans un côté de l'élément de fixation de dent et mouler d'abord celui-ci ； retirer l'élément de fixation de dent du premier matériau auquel la dent artificielle est accouplée et moulée sur l'autre côté correspondant ； injecter un deuxième matériau dans l'autre côté de l'élément de fixation de dent et mouler ensuite celui-ci ； retirer le premier matériau ； sélectionner au moins un groupe de modèles existant prédéfini et groupé en fonction de l'état buccal mesuré d'un patient ； fraiser le deuxième matériau moulé dans au moins l'un des groupes de modèles ； et fraiser la surface occlusale du modèle en fonction de la structure buccale du patie
