The present invention relates to a block mat assembly for slope greening. The block mat assembly for slope greening can prevent erosion, scouring, and collapse of a slope by being installed on a slope of a road or a river and induces rapid greening. The block mat assembly can be conveniently constructed. A block (10) is formed in a forming mold since materials including charcoal powder, red clay, sand, and cement are mixed in a fixed ratio, and a planted slope protection is formed on the block to induce early rooting of plants.
