PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant raising system and plant raising apparatus that can increase carbon dioxide concentration in a greenhouse for cultivating plants by promoting generation of carbon dioxide which is caused by decomposition of soil by microorganism or the like.SOLUTION: A plant raising system raises plants in a greenhouse for cultivating plants, in which soil is maintained at the temperature of 12°C or more for 5 hours or more. Further, soil is maintained at the temperature of 20°C or more for 4 hours or more.
