Disclosed is a composite operating device for alternately performing carbon dioxide and drug injection. The composite operating device according to the present invention comprises: a main body (10) including a carbon dioxide container (100), a regulator (102) for adjusting discharging pressure of carbon dioxide discharged from the carbon dioxide container (100), and a control unit (104) which are accommodated therein, and including a monitor (106) mounted on the upper side thereof a check valve (120) having one end connected with the front end (110) of a syringe (11) a 3-way valve (122) having a first end connected with the other end of the check valve (120), a second end connected with a carbon dioxide line for receiving carbon dioxide discharged from the main body (10), and a third end connected with a syringe needle and a handpiece (14) having a syringe (11) mounted thereon, and capable of alternately feeding a drug and carbon dioxide. According to the present invention, two operations can be alternately performed in one device, so economical feasibility can be ensured in terms of costs related to purchasing of a facility. Also, fat decomposition is supported by using intermediate and low frequencies of safe band frequencies.
