PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating system under shallow earth layer heating soil without using electricity and kerosene at all.SOLUTION: A cylinder is made of black plastic film capable of absorbing sunlight. The cylinder is covered with transparent film having larger diameter than that of cylinder. The inner cylinder bag is filled up with water in a condition where the bag lays on the ground. The outer space thereof is filled up with air. The film bag of solar light collecting and accumulating device for heating soil is used in a closed state arranged on plowed soil. In daytime, solar heat is collected and accumulated. The accumulated heat is conducted to the soil slowly to be accumulated in the soil as heating source on the next early morning of coolest room temperature.【課題】電気、灯油を全く使用しないで土壌を加温する浅層地中加温システムを提供する。【解決手段】太陽光線を吸収できる黒色プラスチックフイルムで出来た円柱体と、その径より大きな径の透明フイルムで円柱を包み、地上に寝せて置いた状態で内側円柱袋に水を充填し、その外側に空気を充填し、密閉して使用する土壌加温用フイルムバッグ太陽集蓄熱器を作土上に設置し、日中は太陽熱を集蓄熱し、その蓄熱量は土壌にゆっくり熱伝導し、土壌に蓄熱して翌日早朝の最低室温時の土壌の加温熱源とする。【選択図】図5
