To provide a vegetable peeling device that has a simple structure, can simply be manufactured, has a small overall shape, and can perform the peeling of a large quantity of vegetables in a short time.SOLUTION: A vegetable peeling device moves vegetables AA along a conveyance path P while making the vegetables revolve, and peels the vegetables AA by an outer cutter 45 and an inner cutter 33 during the movement. The conveyance path P is set in a curved shape such as a circle shape, an elliptical shape and an oval shape, and therefore an overall shape of the vegetable peeling device can be miniaturized in comparison with the case that the conveyance path P is a linear shape. The force that the outer cutter 45 pushes the vegetable is larger than the force that the inner cutter 33 pushes the vegetable, and therefore the vegetables can be conveyed without trouble even if the conveyance path has a curved shape. A complicated device is not present along the conveyance path P and merely the outer cutter 45 and the inner cutter 33 are arranged, and therefore the structure is simple and it can simply be manufactured.
