PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package for microwave oven heating, by which fried food can be cooked easily using a microwave oven, and to provide a fried food cooking method and fried food cooking set using a microwave oven.SOLUTION: The package 100 for microwave oven heating is a package for microwave oven heating that is a bag including a food storage part 2 and an opening 3 for the food storage part and is used to cook fried food or the like using a microwave oven. This package for microwave oven heating has a means 40 for defining a vapor removal opening. A sidewall composing the food storage part has a first sidewall 10 and a second sidewall 20 opposite to each other. The first sidewall is a wall formed from at least a first water and oil absorbent sheet 11 made of non-woven cloth and a first oil resistant sheet 12 are arranged at least on the side which comes into contact with food outside the first water and oil absorbent sheet.
