According to the present invention, the mask pack comprises: a nonwoven fabric sheet produced by electrospinning a synthetic resin or a natural resin raw material and having a plurality of fibrous fluffs formed on one side thereof； a separation sheet laminated in a form of the nonwoven fabric sheet on the napped surface of the nonwoven fabric sheet and having a plurality of fine holes； and a lifting up liquid agent impregnated in the separation sheet and having skin lift-up functions and a thin film forming functions. The lifting up liquid agent contains a cosmetic composition composed of: 78-79 wt% of purified water； 17-19 wt% of sodium polystyrene sulfonate； and 0.25-0.35 wt% of an albumin extract.본 발명은 저자극 리프팅 마스크 팩에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 마스크 팩은 합성수지 또는 천연수지 원료를 전기 방사하여 제조되며 일면에 다수의 섬유 보풀이 형성된 부직포 시트； 상기 부직포 시트의 보풀이 형성된 면에 상기 부직포 시트의 형상대로 적층되며,다수의 미세홀을 구비한 분리 시트； 및 상기 분리 시트에 함침되며 피부 리프트-업 기능 및 박막 형성 기능을 갖는 리프팅업 액제；를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 리프팅업 액제는 정제수 78 내지79 중량%, 소듐폴리스타이렌설포네이트 17 내지19 중량%, 알부민 추출물 0.25 내지 0.35 중량%를 포함하는 화장료 조성물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
