The present invention relates to a hydroentangled non-woven fabric for a mask sheet, and to a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a hydroentangled non-woven fabric for a mask sheet from which an effective component is continuously extracted during use by manufacturing a mask pack with the non-woven fabric by comprising a plant extract, an antibacterial component, a skin adhesion promoting component or an enzyme component into a fluid stream to be sprayed in the process of manufacturing a non-woven fabric, as an effective component, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
