PURPOSE: A horticultural crop protecting composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to minimize the use of organic synthetic agrochemical.CONSTITUTION: A horticultural crop protecting composition contains 30-40 wt% of paraffin wax, 5-12 wt% of vegetable wax, 4-6 wt% of emulsifier, 45-60 wt% of distilled water, and 0.01-0.03 wt% of antiseptic. The emulsifier is polyoxyalkylene, fatty acid alcohol ether, or a mixture thereof. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of inputting the paraffin wax, vegetable wax, and emulsifier to a mixture container and heating at 98 Deg.C while stirring(S100) a step of heating distilled water until the mixture is over 90 Deg.C(S200) a step of mixing the distilled water and the mixture of S100 a step of adding the distilled water to the mixture(S300) a step of stirring and heating the mixture for emulsification(S400) a step of stirring the mixture and naturally cooling(S500) a step of cooling the mixture by 80 Deg.C(S600) a step of stirring and cooling the mixture(S700) a step of stirring and mixing the mixture(S800) and a step of packing the mixture(S900).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 식물이 생장하는 토양에 대한 오염과, 주변 환경오염의 위험성을 최소화할 수 있으며, 조제의 신속함과, 간편함은 물론, 무엇보다 원예작물을 각종 병해충으로 보호할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 장기간 보관하더라도 액상의 조성물이 굳지 않도록 함으로써 사용의 편익을 제공할 수 있는 원예 작물 보호제 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로,파라핀왁스 33 내지 34 중량%와, 식물성 왁스 7 내지 9중량%와, 유화제 4.5 내지 5.5중량%를 혼합용기에 투입한 다음, 23 ~ 27rpm의 속도로 교반을 하면서 98℃에서 12 ~ 18분 동안 가열한 다음, 상기 파라핀 왁스, 식물성 왁스, 유화제를 혼합하여 가열함과 동시에 증류수 50 내지 55중량%를 90℃ 이상이 될 때까지 가열 하고, 제 2 가열단계에서 얻어진 증류수를 제1가열단계에서 얻어진 혼합물에 투입과 동시에 23 ~ 27rpm의 속도로 교반을 하고, 상기 교반 단계에서 얻어진 혼합물을 23 ~ 27rpm의 속도로 교반을 하면서 97℃의 온도 조건에서 13 ~ 17분간 가열하여 유화를 시키고, 상기 유화단계에서 얻어진 혼합물을 16 ~ 20rpm의 속도로 교반을 하면서 50분 동안 자연냉각을 하며, 상기 자연 냉각단계에서 얻어진 혼합물을 15 ~ 17rpm의 속도로 교반을 하면서 냉각기를 이용하여 혼합물의 온도가 80℃이하가 될 때까지 65 ~ 75분 동안 냉각한 다음, 그 혼합물을 9 ~ 11rpm의 속도로 교반을 하면서 냉각기를 이용하여 혼합물의 온도가 50℃이하가 될 때까지 15 ~ 25분 동안 냉각을 하고, 그 혼합물을 28 ~ 32 rpm의 속도로 28 ~ 32분 동안 교반을 하면서 방부제 0.015 내지
