CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a dentition calibration wire comprises: a degreasing step(S100) for removing purities from the surface of material； an etching step(S200) for removing the material from which impurity is removed； a nickel strike step(S300) for the adhesion improvement； a surface activation step(S400) for activating the nickel-coated surface of material； a silver strike step(S500) for adhesion improvement； a silver plating step(S600)； and a phosphorus coating step(S700).본 발명은 내식성 향상 치열 교정용 와이어 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 치아 교정용 와이어에 있어서, 준비된 소재 표면의 불순물 제거를 위한 탈지단계, 불순물이 제거된 상기 소재의 산화피막 제거를 위한 에칭단계, 밀착성 향상을 위한 니켈(Ni) 스트라이크 단계, 니켈 도금된 소재 표면을 활성화시키기 위한 표면 활성화 단계, 활성화된 소재 표면에 밀착성 향상을 위한 은(Ag) 스트라이크 단계, 은(Ag) 도금 단계 및 상기 은이 도금된 소재에 인듐(In)을 코팅하는 인듐(In) 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 와이어의 변색을 최소화시킬 수 있고, 기능적 요건을 만족시킬 수 있으며, 제조비용을 크게 절감시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.
