The present invention is to provide a whitening mask pack composition which has excellent transfer force of effective ingredients to skin since skin adhesion with a fabric of a mask pack is excellent while exhibiting a whitening effect to a facial skin by including an alcohol extract of ecklonia cava and lugworm powder as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, a function of improving a skin whitening effect is performed by inhibiting melanin pigmentation of a facial skin by the alcohol extract of ecklonia cava, which is an active ingredient of the whitening mask pack composition. In addition, the lugworm powder of the present invention contains adhesive protein, thereby improving adhesion of the mask pack to the facial skin by acting with other compositions of the mask pack.
