The present invention provides a viscous hydrogel mask pack composition. Hydrogel for a mask pack is extracted from a heating unit, and the mask pack composition comprises: 50-80 wt% of extracted hydrogel, 10-45 wt% of a nutritional component concentrate, and 0.5-7 wt% of oil. Morphological standardization is not performed in a mask type, and hydrogel is directly coated on skin by a user. Thus, the original excellent moisturization and skin adhesion of hydrogel having the properties of a hydrophilic polymer material can be improved. Compared to conventional mask-shaped hydrogel, the viscous hydrogel mask pack composition of the present invention has more excellent adhesion.
