The present invention relates to an intercellular lipid mimetic composition for a mask pack, a method for preparing the same, and a hydrogel mask pack containing the same, and more specifically, water, oil, a polyhydric alcohol, a gelling polymer, an active ingredient of the skin, and a naturally derived intercellular lipid. The intercellular lipid mimetics for mask packs according to the present invention have high physicochemical similarities with extracellular matrix and have excellent biocompatibility, and thus have an excellent ability to deliver functional ingredients effective to the skin such as whitening and wrinkle improvement to the transdermal. Therefore, the hydrogel mask pack containing the intercellular lipid capillary body has a higher moisturizing power than a normal hydrogel, inhibits moisture evaporation due to a shielding effect as well as strengthens the skin barrier, and delivers the active ingredients to the skin stably for a long time. By doing so, the effect can be improved more.본 발명은 마스크팩용 세포간지질 모사체 조성물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 함유하는 하이드로겔 마스크팩에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 물, 오일, 다가 알코올, 겔화 고분자, 피부 유효 성분 및 천연 유래 세포간지질 모사체를 적용한 마스크팩용 세포간지질 모사체 조성물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 함유하는 마스크팩에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 마스크팩용 세포간지질 모사체는 세포외기질과 물리화학적 유사성이 높아 생체 적합성이 우수하기 때문에, 미백, 주름 개선과 같은 피부에 유효한 기능성 성분을 경피에 전달하는 능력이 뛰어나다. 따라서, 상기 세포간지질 모세체를 함유하는 하이드로겔 마스크팩은 일반적인 하이드로겔보다 높은 보습력으로 피부 장벽 강화는 물론 차폐 효과로 인해 수분 증발을 억제해주며, 피부 유효 성분을 장기간 동안 안정하게 피부에 전달함으로써 그 효과를 보다 향상시킬 수 있다.
